Permit To Carry Appeals
Until recently New Jersey and a small handful of states had been denying the overwhelming majority of its citizenry their connotational right to carry a firearm by requiring each applicant to show a “justifiable need” in order to obtain the permit. Now, thanks to the United State Supreme Court landmark decision in NEW YORK STATE RIFLE & PISTOL ASSOCIATION V. BRUEN that “justifiable need” requirement has been found to be unconstitutional.
New Jersey has been forced to accept and grant thousands of permits to carry firearms. However, new rules and regulations have further restricted the application process as well as the manner of which carrying a firearm is permitted. If you believe you have been unjustly denied a permit to carry a firearm it is your right to file an appeal. Even if you have received a permit, it is easy to accidently violate the string of new laws restricting your right.
I am a firm believer in our Constitutional Second Amendment Rights, and I will fight to ensure that your rights are protected.
